In general all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
The cancellation and refund policy is clearly displayed before, during and after ticket purchase. And as part of you purchasing tickets, you are agreeing to event organizer's cancellation policy. If you have printed tickets, it will also be stated on the tickets.
Chargeback Disputes & Fraudulent Claims
At CellarPass, we take credit card fraud and chargeback abuse seriously. By purchasing a ticket to any event through our platform, you agree to the following terms regarding chargeback disputes:
1. Valid Chargebacks
If you believe a charge on your credit card was unauthorized or fraudulent, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at support@cellarpass.com to resolve the issue. We are happy to assist with refunds or ticket-related concerns in accordance with our refund policy.
2. Fraudulent Chargeback Claims
A chargeback occurs when a ticketholder disputes a charge with their credit card company rather than requesting a refund through our standard procedures. If a chargeback is filed under false pretenses (e.g., falsely claiming a valid purchase was unauthorized or fraudulent), the ticketholder will be subject to the following penalties:
- Immediate Ticket Cancellation
Any tickets associated with the disputed charge will be voided and deemed invalid for event entry.
- Chargeback Processing Fee
A $50 non-refundable administrative fee will be assessed for each false chargeback claim to cover processing and legal expenses.
- Permanent Account Ban
Repeat offenders or those engaging in chargeback fraud may be permanently banned from future ticket purchases.
- Legal Action & Debt Collection
If a false chargeback claim results in financial loss to [Your Company Name], we reserve the right to pursue collection efforts, including but not limited to engaging third-party collection agencies or taking legal action.
3. Resolution & Reversal of Chargebacks
If you mistakenly file a chargeback and wish to reverse it, please contact us immediately at [support email]. If the chargeback is resolved in our favor, we may, at our discretion, reinstate your tickets or lift any imposed penalties.
4. Agreement to Terms
By completing a ticket purchase through our platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Chargeback Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of these terms before making a purchase.
