CELLAR SALE WEEKEND REBATE PROGRAM
The Cellar Sale Weekend is not only a great way to get exclusive discounts, for the first time ever, we’ll be rewarding passholders on all wine bottle purchases made during the featured weekend.
Those credits can then earn passholders special invitations and discounts to upcoming Cellar Sale Weekend events planned throughout 2025.
Here’s how to qualify:
- Earn $1 credit for every bottle purchased at participating properties during Cellar Sale Weekend*
- Purchase 6 - 11 bottles from the same participating tasting room on the same visit and we'll double your rebate.
- Purchase 12 bottles or more from the same participating tasting room on the same visit and we'll triple your rebate.
- Earn $5 credit for every wine club you join at participating properties during Cellar Sale Weekend*
- $45 maximum rebate per ticketholder
REBATE RULES & REGULATIONS
This rebate offer is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of purchase. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of CellarPass, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible.
- The rebate program is limited to retail wine sales only
- Wines must be purchased in the name of the ticketholder & picked up from participating properties during Cellar Sale Weekend 4/19/25 -4/20/25 only, no exceptions. So be sure that you have your name on the order with the winery or tasting room or you will not receive credit.
- Shipped wines or wine futures are excluded from this program.
- New wine club memberships must be started at participating properties between 4/19/25 – 4/20/25. New wine club member rebates will be awarded after first shipment is delivered to passholder.
- Existing club member shipments or existing incomplete orders are excluded from this program.
Rebate credit will be issued the form of a unique discount code valid for an upcoming CellarPass Cellar Sale Weekend currently scheduled for Fall 2025.
No cash or credit card refunds will be issued.
Rebate credit code is non-transferrable and may only be applied toward the purchase of a ticket towards the next Cellar Sale Weekend event, no exceptions.
RESTRICTIONS
Offer cannot be combined with any other rebate, offer, or discount.
Lost, stolen, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected submissions will not be honored.
No substitutions or reproductions of required documents will be accepted.
Offer valid only in the U.S. and void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited.
FRAUD PREVENTION
CellarPass reserves the right to deny rebate claims suspected of fraud, misrepresentation, or non-compliance with these rules. Fraudulent submissions may result in prosecution.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
CellarPass is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors in submission processing, nor for any lost or misdirected mail. All decisions regarding eligibility and rebate issuance are final.

MODIFICATION & TERMINATION
CellarPass, reserves the right to modify or cancel this rebate program at any time without prior notice.
