1. How to Opt Out of Marketing Communications
You may opt out of receiving promotional and marketing communications from CellarPass at any time by:
Email Marketing: Clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included at the bottom of any marketing email you receive from us.
SMS/Text Messaging: Replying “STOP” to any SMS message you receive from us. You may also text “STOP” to [short code or phone number used for CellarPass SMS marketing].
Direct Contact: Emailing us at privacy@cellarpass.com with “Opt-Out” in the subject line and specifying the communication type(s) you wish to stop receiving.
2. Processing Time
We will process your request as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 business days for email marketing opt-outs and 48 hours for SMS opt-outs to take effect. You may continue to receive transactional or service-related messages necessary for your use of CellarPass.
3. Scope of Opt-Out
Opting out of marketing communications will stop promotional offers, event invitations, newsletters, and other marketing-related messages. You may still receive:Order confirmations, account updates, and service notifications.Messages from third-party wineries, tasting rooms, or event hosts you have booked with through CellarPass (unless you opt out directly with them).
4. Third-Party Marketing
If you receive marketing communications from a winery, tasting room, or event organizer you booked through CellarPass, you must contact them directly to manage your preferences.
5. Changes to this Policy
