Job description

As the Community Director for CellarPass' The Vault Marketing Program, you will be responsible for building and fostering a vibrant community of wine enthusiasts and brand advocates. You will be the face of The Vault, serving as a social connector, a brand ambassador, and a promoter of the program. Your role will involve engaging with members, creating and implementing marketing initiatives, managing social media channels, and developing partnerships to drive program awareness and growth.


  1. Community Building: Build and nurture a strong community of wine enthusiasts and brand advocates through social media engagement, email marketing, and other online channels. Foster meaningful connections among members, encourage participation, and create a positive and inclusive community culture.
  2. Brand Ambassadorship: Be the face of The Vault, representing the program and the CellarPass brand at industry events, tastings, and other promotional activities. Build relationships with key influencers, wineries, and industry partners to promote The Vault and generate buzz.
  3. Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive program awareness and membership growth. Create engaging content for social media posts, email newsletters, blogs, and other marketing channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and contests.
  4. Social Media Management: Manage The Vault's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create and curate content, monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and proactively engage with members and potential members to build relationships and drive program visibility.
  5. Partnership Development: Identify and develop partnerships with wineries, industry influencers, wine clubs, and other relevant stakeholders to expand The Vault's reach and drive membership growth. Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives, events, and promotions.

Job requirements

  • Strong passion and knowledge for wine and the wine industry.
  • Proven experience in community management, brand ambassadorship, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box in developing marketing initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Familiarity with wine clubs, wine tastings, and industry events is a plus.
