Job description

CellarPass, a leading online platform for wine tasting and winery event bookings, is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts for The Vault, our exclusive wine club and loyalty program. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive member acquisition, retention, and engagement for The Vault.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote The Vault, including but not limited to, member acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
  2. Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including email marketing, social media, paid search, display advertising, and content marketing. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to ensure campaigns are delivering expected results and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  3. Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for The Vault's marketing initiatives, including website, email campaigns, social media, and other digital marketing channels. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and messaging, and resonates with the target audience.
  4. Email Marketing: Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns, including creating and managing email lists, designing and coding email templates, writing engaging copy, and optimizing email performance through A/B testing and segmentation.
  5. Social Media Management: Manage The Vault's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, posting, monitoring, and engaging with members and followers. Stay updated with social media trends and best practices to maximize social media impact and engagement.
  6. Loyalty Program Management: Manage The Vault's loyalty program, including developing and implementing strategies to drive member engagement, retention, and referral. Monitor and analyze loyalty program performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use data and insights to continuously optimize marketing efforts and achieve marketing goals and KPIs.
  8. Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and establish collaborations and partnerships with relevant influencers, bloggers, and other wine industry stakeholders to promote The Vault and increase its reach and visibility.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the wine or hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and best practices.
  • Proficient in email marketing platforms, social media management tools, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive marketing strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of wine industry, wine clubs, and loyalty programs is a plus.
