Synergy Commerce Sales

The Synergy Sales position will be responsible for creating and nurturing leads, and hosting live demonstrations.

Job description

As a Synergy Commerce Sales Person, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) platform to potential clients. You will be responsible for becoming proficient in the features and functionalities of the Synergy Commerce platform, and scheduling and conducting product demonstrations to showcase its capabilities to prospective customers. You will work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to generate leads, engage with potential clients, and close sales deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become proficient in the features and functionalities of the Synergy Commerce DTC platform.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
  • Engage with prospective customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
  • Schedule and conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of the Synergy Commerce platform to potential clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations to address their specific needs.
  • Provide product expertise and guidance to potential clients during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to effectively position the Synergy Commerce platform and stay ahead in the market.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to build relationships, engage with customers, and understand their requirements.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, DTC business models, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and online meeting platforms.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
